Q: Will the hair get shedding and tangling?
A: Shedding and tangling is a normal pher homenon in real human hair products, but we promise all of our hair is minimum shedding and tangling.
Shedding: A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal. We always suggest customer seal weft before installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb.Excessive shedding will cause by weft cutting or dryness. Please always seal the ends if you cut weft for installation and keep it moisturized
Tangle:Usually. our hair will not tangle because it is cuticle intact human hair. However, dryness, oil & dirt build-up, sait water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding. Please follow hair care instruction and use good shampoo & conditioner to wash hair twice a week.
Q: Why there are some short hair on the weft?
A:When hair cut from the donor, it is a bundle of long hair and no weft. The hair need to be folded for sewing weft. That is why there are some short hair by one side. Please don't worry about this, it will not impact hair looking, and will not influence on hair using and quality.
Q: Is every strand of hair the same length?
A:Our hair is 100% human hair, cutting from young donors. As our own hair, real human hair is not possible to grow the exact same length of every single strand. That is why human hair ends are always thinner than the top. Please fully understand and consider before placing order.
Q:How to measure hair length?Â
A:For wavy hair, please stretch it to straight, then measure the hair from the top to the end.
A:Synthetic hair wigs can be irreparably damaged if you try to curl or straighten the hair with heat tools, unless they are Smart Heat tools. Consider human hair wigs for the ultimate styling versatility – you can curl or straighten them as you would your own hair.
Q:Can I color my wig?
A:Most styles come in a number of colors, lessening the need to color. While synthetic hair cannot be dyed, human hair wigs can. But, it is a tricky process that should be handled by a hair professional only. We recommend only going darker, not lighter -- there is a lot of chemical processing involved in the making of a wig and additional manipulation can cause damage. We do not recommend bleaching or attempting to strip or lighten color on any human hair pieces.
Q:Can I swim or shower with my wig?
A:We do not recommend this. It can put too much stress on the hair and create unmanageable tangles. Also, pool chemicals and salt can damage the hair and affect color.
Q:What are the differences between human hair and synthetic hair?
A:There are advantages to both and many people choose to have human hair and synthetic hair wigs on hand for different circumstances. Human Hair offers the most natural look and feel as well as styling versatility. While typically more expensive, with proper care, human hair can last over a year. Synthetic hair tends to be a more affordable choice and offers great ease of wear — wigs can often be worn right out of the box with little or no styling.
Q:Are there tips for making my wigs appear more natural?
A:1. Wet the hair with water first, spraying the hair from the root to the ends. Detangle the hair with your hands first, then the combs. If there are tangled knots, don't worry, be gentle, you can leave it with conditioners, brush it too hard will cause shedding, we don't want that.
2. Smoothing your favorite product throughout the hair and continue to detangle it, you may like the Shea Moisture leave-in conditioner. Spray all over the section, and maybe add more on the ends, because the ends are usually drier quicker.
3. Mousse can help to keep the curls popping and keep it from freezing all day! Use it with a leave-in conditioner will be better! Also if you like wet look, Mousse will be a great choice! It will be sealed in all your pretty little curls and maintain it really well!
